Amenities & Facilities

Dawlish Warren Holidays provides access to two indoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and public baths on the Welcome Holiday Park. The heated pools have a shallow end and are available seasonally from Easter to the end of October for a surcharge. Guests also use the on-site games room, mini golf course, and children's playground during their stay.

Accommodation

The property consists of four 2-bedroom chalets named Beaches, Sunny View, The Cove, and Driftwood. Each chalet has an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with a full-size oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge with ice box. The double bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and DVD player, while the twin bedroom offers two single beds, plus an outside seating area and free private parking.

Location & Transport

The chalets are located 500 metres from the European Blue Flag awarded beach and 300 metres from Dawlish Warren railway station. Shops, supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants are within a short walk of the accommodation. Exeter Airport is 14 miles away; Bristol Airport is 75 miles; Newquay Airport is 92 miles.

Dining & Entertainment

The Welcome Holiday Park has a bar, restaurant, and snack bar open from Easter until the end of October with a surcharge. Evening entertainment includes karaoke, live music performances, and a games room for guests. Mini golf and the on-site minimarket add to the options available on the park.

Family & Children

Children have access to a kids' club, indoor play area, and outdoor play equipment directly on the park. Entertainment staff organise activities and a children's playground is available.
