Lakeview Manor offers a collection of lodge accommodations with private hot tubs overlooking the lakes. The Brook View lodges provide direct views of the brook and woodlands. All lodges include a welcome pack with milk, dog treats, and a tennis ball for pets.

Dining

The on-site Dabbling Duck Bar and Restaurant serves home-cooked meals from fresh local produce. Breakfast is included for all guests and offers a cooked-to-order menu along with a continental buffet. The Sunday carvery features beef or gammon with a choice of vegetables and homemade desserts.

Location & Grounds

The hotel sits within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on 45 acres of landscaped parkland. Three well-stocked fishing lakes are reserved exclusively for guests, covering 2 acres with carp, tench, rudd, and perch. Nearby attractions include the Jurassic Coast UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth.

Pet-Friendly Amenities

Dogs stay for free in pet-friendly rooms and lodges, with dog beds available for hire at £10 each. The hotel has a new off-lead dog play area and provides dog bowls, treats, and a tennis ball in each pet-friendly room. Pets are welcome in the Dabbling Duck restaurant and bar during meals.

Family-Friendly Facilities

Children have access to a kids' outdoor play equipment area and board games provided at reception. Baby safety gates are available for lodge stays, and the menu includes kids' meals.
