Bōkan Restaurant, Bar and Roof Terrace occupies the 37th floor and offers triple-story rooftop dining with panoramic views of London and the Thames. The menu features artisanal food and drink made using local, ancient and adopted British ingredients, inspired by European cultural cuisines. Live music and performances are scheduled at the rooftop venue, and the bar is open until late.
