“The setting here is quite something, particularly for those drawn to the South West Coastal Path or simply the charm of Clovelly itself; sea views from the rooms and balcony are a notable draw. Breakfast impressed, with well-executed cooked options, and the convenience of the Landrover service and village entry really simplifies the experience of exploring this unique location. While dinner pricing in the main restaurant was a point of contention for some, the atmosphere in the snug bar and the overall location make for a restful, well-situated stay.”
